OK, so I had an HR 20 and two H20s and an old (2001) SD box. Upgraded the SD TV and thus got a new box. They sent me an H21.
I cannot tell the difference. Other than the lack of an OTA HD tuner (not a huge deal, since the TV has an HD tuner and can easily toggle between HDMI and coax imputs) but which is certainly not an improvement. the boxes appear identical except for a few more channels that get an actual icon logo rathern than plain text.
Is there any actual improvement?
