OS Mio 4K newbie questions

Are user defined hotkeys working in the TNAP Beta?

I tried setting up a hotkey for Blind Scan. I assigned it to the 'Portal' button. Now when I press the Portal button it doesn't do anything. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: I changed the hot key to 'red long' and it worked. But it doesn't let me assign a function to the Portal button. But thats OK, I'm fine using 'red long'. Hotkeys are really nice for functions I use a lot!

With OpenVix and a Standard LNB, what are the numbers to be entered for LOF1, LOF2, and Switch? I tried 10750, 10750, and 0 and blindscan didn't work.

LOF1 should be 10750
LOF2 should be 10750
not sure about Switch
if you mean Diseqc, it would depend if you have a diseqc switch or not
no switch would be 0
if you have a Diseqc switch, it would depend on the port you are using?

Hope this helps...

Al

EDIT:
Diseqc itself has settings of 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, I think (I use 1.1 with multi-switches and 1x8 diseqcs)
Diseqc Command would be port number, such as input1, input2, input3, input4, etc....

As you can see in my snapshot, I have this particular LNB set for 12700
This gets me to the OFF side of my multi-switches 22 KHz (I think?)
Also the Tone mode set to OFF does this (I think?)
Not sure if both are needed?
I use a threshold setting of 11700 for the ON side of my multi-switches 22 KHz
And for this the Tone mode is set to ON
I don't really understand what's what, or how they work?
But, I know what works for me....

Also, Brian said to set threshold @ 10750
I'm thinking he meant 10700?
Hope this helps..!!!

No mistake... For OpenVIX, OpenATV, OpenPLI, etc. set the threshold setting to 10750 when using the user setting a single band, Standard type LNB with LO 10750. Not sure why E2 distro has it set-up this way (typically it would be set to 11700 with most applications). Enigma2 is just distributed with this user LNB threshold setting
