why not all nfl games in HD w/ SF

It was HD. Absolutely and without a doubt. Same quality as other HD games and much better picture than SD. If it wasn't HD, then no other game was in HD.

According to http://www.gribblenation.net/nflmaps/11-FOX.gif MIN/MIA was not a Fox HD game this week, the other 6 games that they carried were in HD.

My guide did not show the HD icon next to the Panthers/Rams game but it was HD on my local HD channel. HD channel is one down from the SD channel so I could flip back and forth and definitly tell WCCB-D had it HD.

Dolphins game was not in HD, though it was broadcast OTA in widescreen SD (just as FOX does with regular season baseball).

Fox will usually do one game a week (Depending on how many are covered at the same time) in Widescreen SD. It is 16:9 But definatly not HD.

Of all the games not to broadcase in HD... Broncos / Raiders? Biggest rivalry in the AFC? Someone's not thinking at all.

I would not say Broncos Raiders is the biggest rivalry... I live in Denver and I would say historically, the Raiders/Chiefs Rivalry is bigger and recently the Broncos/Chiefs rivalry is bigger. Oakland has been a joke lately.
