AL Central 2010

You two both sound like a couple of BAND WAGON fans.

Ok so the game sucked, the series blew, they are playing bad, yada yada yada.

Let's just throw in the towel and turn the channel.
It's not merely the game...or the series...it's the complete lack of team effort while on the road this entire season. They are literally a different team which, in my opinion, is a leadership issue. Honestly, the team is not playing inspired baseball away from home because the coaching staff is not proving them with the proper motivation. IMO, as long as they are at home getting their dinkies played with they are fine...but they play like beaten pups while on the road.

BTW, where the heck are the Tigers' veteran players? Wasn't Damon supposed to provide the team leadership to help the youngsters maintain their focus?

I'm sorry, but getting swept by the lowly Cleveland Indians is completely unacceptable and requires drastic action. While we'll all continue to cheer for the Tigers...they are not living up to their potential.

hey
hey
whaddya say?
The Tigers
they got swept today :D
Would you care to piss in my Wheaties while you're at it? :river There's no need to remind us we were Pwned by the Indians. Oh the pain...the pain...the shame...the shame! :(

Anyway, Leyland will think of some way to get the Tigers back into first place. After all... tomorrow is another day. :)

Yea, Jenks really gave that one away. 3 walks in the ninth. Still, added a game onto the division lead in a series that you didn't play well. Now have to go west and beat up the M's & the A's.

Like I said no trades. Just ride it out play the youngsters and get this season over. Jimbo perfect word UNINSPIRED. That's on leyland.

Had they come out and played well this weekend I think DD makes a move or two. Forget it now!!!
Leyland is not out there swinging the bat and catching the ball.

No excuse to get swept by the Indians, sorry to my fellow tribe fans out there, but they are struggling this year and if they Tigers want to do something they need to take care of business, looks like there off to there sad second half start which is becoming the norm this time of year, lets see where they go from here

Well, it's obvious, they are going HOME tomorrow !!!!!

Actually the Sox BLEW a GREAT opportunity this weekend, they caught the Tigers sleeping and the Twins were NOT playing well coming into the weekend.

Well I have to THANK the TWINS, had they got beat the Tigers would have been all but OUT of the race at this point, could have been 5-5.5 GB at this point.

WEEI's Dennis and Callahan to be simulcast live on NESN

Don't look now, but Steve Lavin is making St. John's relevant again
