Titanium Satellite makes an awesome LNBF for C-Band reception, the C1-PLL. 4DTV is a paid service that is on its last leg. For free to Air channels you need an updated DVB-S2 receiver.

Do you have any equipment right now? If so what all do you have? Dishes? Receivers? etc.

What experience with satellite TV reception do you have?

I'd recommend the Titanium Satellite C1-PLL.(although I don't own one yet. BUT- I bought a couple of the Ku PLL's and they are WINNERS. I'm sure the C band LNBF is also.

I'd also recommend the C1-PLL for C-band. I have a C1W-PLL, [essentially the same as the C1-PLL] from Titanium Satellite and it works great. He also sells Ku PLL LNBS at a good price that I've seen people post very good reviews about.
