Why not get the $3 one, and see if it works. If not, get the know correct one for $30.Skyvision wants 30 dollars for one

He had a 10 footer that seemed to be fine, but he took it down and destroyed it.Myself if I was going to start from scratch and want to scan the arc I would get a 10 foot or bigger, I use a 12 foot. Bigger is always better especially on C band.
