Voom can be closed down in 30 days. Is it really dead this time?

Well, it's not actually closed down yet Sean. It says they're going to close it down. Where have I heard that before? Please forgive me if I don't panic this time.

I am getting a little tired of CVC's head games against chuck. And vice versa....

So, what will Chuck's next step be....? That's really the question. he can just do another startup picking up the licenses that soon will be available on AMC-6. I am sure, this is just the next episode of this very 'entertaining' soap....

Well it's actuallya minimum of 30 days. It does not look good. But I would waitya few days foran SEC filing or other evidence of whether this is real ora negotiation tactic.

But my guess is that VOOM is indeed dead---it is justa matter of when.

I don't know. The announcement states "minimum of 30 days" which means it could be more than that. And the way this saga unfolds anything is possible, I agree with TheTimm.

That sucks.

Maybe C. Dolan didn't have the financing lined up after all. It would be nice to see an actual press release from Voom or CVC, or a statement from Dolan.
