Sure have seen lots of posts about defective Hoppers, Joeys, and Nodes. It makes me wonder if the hardware is getting a bad rap, or has Echostar quality control gone way down hill?

It is really important to have reference materials, especially for new systems. Most of us have stacks of old manuals, but that info may or may not apply.

I understand that both Hoppers in a 2-Hopper install need to be activated and showing programming prior to hooking up any of the Joeys, but at what point do you call in to activate? After first Hopper is powered up or after second Hopper is powered up, or two separate calls?

At least so far, my two 612 DVRs do not have the IP pairing item that the 622 and 722k DVRs recently got. Wonder if the 612 is not powerful enough for the GoogleTV integration?

Any update on if/when Dish will be offering significantly viewed stations on the FCC list? I live between Denver and Colorado Springs. Am in the Colorado Springs DMA, but FCC includes Denver ABC, CBS, and NBC stations as significantly viewed for my location in Teller County.

Anyone else having a problem with a 722 not letting you watch missed programming again after a pause. For example: 1. Pause a show. 2. Start watching it again. 3. After a few minutes the 722 jumps to live mode and will not let you continue to watch the delayed program material.:confused:
