It will be a double header I bet..... Miami vs Orlando and LA vs. Dallas/Denver

I think Cleveland has been tortured enough already. No need to rub it in, especially on Christmas day. I think the NBA will take pity on us and spare us the humiliation.

Wade not so sure the Heat are the team to beat?

Miami just secured 3 of the top 10 players in the NBA on one team, yet Dwayne Wade is already making excuses on how his team is NOT the team to beat next year. Really D-Wade?

"The Lakers are the champions and we know the Lakers are very good. That's the team that everyone's shooting for and they should be. Not the Miami Heat. The Los Angeles Lakers."

PS. Why are the ESPN links showing up like "video's"?

Easy, to try and take some of the pressure off from winning it all next year....

The local brewpub in Cleveland (Great Lakes Brewery), created a beer in tribute to LeBron called "Quitness". It's an extra bitter IPA....

I didn't say it would, that's why I used the word try... ;)

Yeah, I hear ya, Cosmo. Lebron counting championships while Dwyane Wade says they may be the best three to every play together in front of a bunch of screaming Floridians...they laid it all out there.

Anything less than a championship would be failure.

Although Jerry West, Elgin Baylor and Wilt Chamberlain may have something to say about who was the best three to play together. ;)

And I would agree with wade.I've been saying it since this whole thing started. This will not happen at least the first season with those three together.no doubt the heat have put an enormous amount of pressure on themselves to win a championship soon but as wade said the lakers are still the team to beat.we have no idea how well these three guys will play together.until then, great chance lakers will repeat for 10-11 season......

Wade is right. UNTIL the Lakers are eliminated from the playoffs next year, they ARE the team. Hell, until the Celtics are eliminated, they are the team to be in the Eastern Conference. The pressure is on Miami to win ATLEAST 2 championships in their 6 reign. Like stated before, barring any major injury, this year I EXPECT the Eastern Conference Championship and NBA Finals every single season.

LeBron won 60+ games two consecutive years with Mo Williams and a bunch of role players. Now he's riding the coat tails of Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh for chrissakes!

I understand a team is composed of more than 3 players, but they've already signed Mike Miller, Udonis Haslem, Mario Chalmers & Z.

I don't see how this team is NOT the favorite to win, each and every single year!

More evidence LeQuitt had plans on leaving all along...

MIAMI - Mike Miller had talks with LeBron James during the NBA finals about free agency, and the reigning two-time MVP had a simple message for one of the league's best shooters.

"Sit tight," James told Miller.

Miller arrived in South Florida on Wednesday and told Memphis radio station WHBQ that he would sign his five-year contract by his scheduled departure on Thursday. Miller agreed in principle to a deal late last week, and his agent Arn Tellem revealed Monday that the sharpshooter would be signing with Miami.

"We're waiting on one thing ... we'll have it done," Miller told the radio station.

Using Twitter on Wednesday, Miller tipped off his followers that a deal was near.
